The IT Project Coordinator is a hands-on technical role that directly contributes to the design, implementation, and delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates scope, schedule, budget, and communications while actively participating in solution design, implementation planning, and technical reviews alongside IT subject matter experts. The project portfolio spans AI-enabled solutions, data governance initiatives, Microsoft 365 and cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end project delivery: assist in defining scope, milestones, dependencies, and budget; maintain project plans; facilitate working sessions; capture decisions and drive follow-through.
- Contribute directly to technical solution design and implementation: participate in architecture and design discussions, help develop implementation plans (runbooks, cutover steps, deployment checklists), and support hands-on execution alongside engineering teams.
- Support project governance: track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; flag items for escalation; support mitigation efforts through to closure.
- Coordinate release, change, and service transition (ITIL-aligned): prepare CAB-ready change records, coordinate vendor/partner handoffs, and support cutover planning including communications, maintenance windows, and hyper-support.
- AI & Automation – enterprise AI rollouts, AI-assisted workflow pilots, agentic automation, governance-led enablement.
- Data Governance – data security/compliance controls, information protection, analytics/BI enablement (e.g., Power BI), data access governance.
- Microsoft Technologies – Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Teams, Exchange, and productivity services.
- Cloud-Based Solutions – infrastructure and application deployments across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
- 3+ years of experience coordinating or contributing to projects in a corporate IT environment.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to engage meaningfully in solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly updates for diverse audiences.
- Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical topics into clear, business-focused summaries suitable for audiences at all levels, including senior leadership.
